Grades 02 to 05 - PTFE Coated Closed Weave Glass Fabrics
A versatile and extensive range of release materials engineered to meet the most demanding applications.

05 Grades have the highest PTFE coating giving a smooth superior finish.
04 Grades have a standard coating level.
03 Grades have a lower, more economical coated ffinish.
02 Grades are PTFE coated to give porous release characteristics.

Utilising a variety of substrates, coating thickness and surface finish each of these grades offer unsurpassed end use performance at optimum process efficiency.

Grades 06 to 10 - PTFE Process Conveyor Belt Fabrics

The belting grades are designed for maximum thermal and dimensional stability, durability and release characteristics. Based on either glass, aramid or glass aramid combinations in closed and open mesh constructions these grades are manufactured to specific customer requirements.

Grade 21 - Advanced Silicone and Elastomeric coated Fabrics

FCF's advanced silicone rubber coated glass fabrics are flexible, durable and have excellent release characteristics over an operating temperature range of -65⁰C to +250⁰C. Available with white, grey or red silicone on one side or both sides these products are produced up to 1.5m wide as standard and 1.83m wide as special lightweight grades. Other high performance elastomeric- coated fabrics are also produced to specific customer requirements.
