code system (e.g. 04-08) sometimes followed by individual letters to denote
product variants. |

| Closed Weave Glass
Fabrics |
The first two digits represent the following:
05=The top quality, highest
PTFE content
04=The standard level of
quality and PTFE content
03=The economy level with
lower PTFE content
02=The porous range of
fabrics
The next two digits are the
nominal thickness in mm.
For example 05-08 is the top
quality 0.08mm (0.003 thou) thick plain fabric.

and open mesh, glass, aramid and glass/aramid combinations
The first two digits represent the
following :
06=Closed Weave Glass
grades
07= Open Mesh Glass
grades
08=Closed Weave Aramid
grades
09= Open Mesh Aramid
grades
10=Aramid/Glass Open Mesh
grades
The next two digits are the
nominal thickness in mm.
For example 07-95 is an open mesh
glass fabric with a nominal thickness of 0.95mm.
